FAQ’s

HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE SESSION?

Your initial session with me will last a little more than an hour as you and I will sit down to discuss goals, injuries and current health issues, plus any additional questions you may have. Otherwise your sessions will last between 50-60 minutes which includes stretching and/or myofascial foam rolling.

WHAT IF I HAVEN’T EXERCISED BEFORE OR FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME?

That is why I meet with you in person, reviewing your past exercise history or perhaps lack of exercise history will help me design your fitness program. I am very careful to start you off on a slow pace that helps to build a strong foundation that I can build upon to help make you stronger and healthier without injury.

DO YOU WORKOUT WITH ME?

Yes, sometimes I will workout with you, I think it helps to have some healthy competition, but at the same time I need to be watching you to make sure your form is correct and you are pushing yourself to the full extent.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I require a 24 hour cancellation notice if you are unable to make our scheduled session. If you are unable to provide cancellation within this period of time it will count as a session and you will be charged. Understanding that life happens, we get sick, our children stay home from school and emergencies happen if you do not cancel often, of course it will not count as a session.
